Office Manager
Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of office operations, including administrative activities, front desk management, filing systems, document control, data entry, inventory control, customer relations and other related duties. You will also provide daily support to our staff and ensure that our office runs smoothly.
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field. At least two years of experience in an office setting is preferred. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. The ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills is required. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or any other language is an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary of 1200 per month plus benefits including health insurance and paid vacation time that will be discussed during the interview process.
