Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, support, and direction to the staff. The Supervisor will be responsible for creating a positive working environment, developing and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring performance, ensuring quality customer service, and managing staff training. The Supervisor will also be responsible for tracking progress on projects and initiatives, as well as developing plans for growth and success.

Requirements & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership capabilities as well as strong communication skills. Previous experience in a supervisory role is required with at least 5 years' experience in the field or related industry preferred. Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required. We are open to considering immigrants who can demonstrate they meet the above requirements along with the necessary visa requirements for working in Kuwait.
