Administrative assistant job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other members of the team, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the organization. This includes tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, handling mail, organizing files, maintaining records, and managing office supplies. Additional duties may also include providing assistance with project tasks such as research and data entry.

The successful candidate must have strong problem solving skills, be able to multi-task effectively while maintaining focus on the details of their work. They should also possess excellent customer service skills, be an effective communicator both verbally and written and have proficient technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel etc.). We are willing to consider candidates with no prior experience as we offer full training.
