Secretary job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, as well as managing complex scheduling and calendar requests. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, superior communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
The duties of this role include:
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and taking accurate messages
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Updating calendars for multiple staff members
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Preparing documents for meetings
• Managing filing systems
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Following up on tasks assigned by the team
• Assisting with general office duties as needed.
To qualify for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and good written and verbal communication skills. We are also willing to consider foreign applicants. The salary for this position is 1500 KD per month.
