We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening job applications, interviewing candidates, and conducting background checks on potential hires. This person should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have an eye for detail.

The primary duties of this role include proactively sourcing quality candidates through job postings, social media platforms, database searches and other recruitment methods; screening resumes and applications; conducting phone screenings and in-person interviews; evaluating candidate qualifications against job requirements; preparing offer letters; onboarding new hires; tracking recruitment metrics; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; engaging in employer branding activities to promote the company’s image as an employer of choice.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in recruiting or related fields. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role with the appropriate visa documentation available upon request. The salary offered for this position is 1300 KD per month.
