Job Title: Merchandiser

We are looking for a full-time Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product assortment and ensuring optimal product display, as well as developing and executing promotional plans that capitalize on opportunities to increase sales.

The ideal candidate should have experience in merchandising, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. He/she must be able to develop creative ideas for product promotion, anticipate customer needs, and identify opportunities for stock replenishment. Additionally, the applicant should have good organizational skills, an eye for detail, and be familiar with POS systems.

The duties of the Merchandiser include but are not limited to:

• Developing creative promotional strategies for products;
• Analyzing sales data to determine stock levels;
• Implementing effective merchandising methods;
• Observing competitor activities;
• Ensuring accurate pricing of products;
• Maintaining inventory levels;

• Negotiating with suppliers;

• Creating attractive displays;

• Keeping up-to-date with marketing trends.
