We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait and become an integral part of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. The salary is 1600 per month. The candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in the same role, have good knowledge of current business management principles and practices, and have an understanding of budgeting principles and practices. Additionally, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization in both English and Arabic, have strong problem-solving skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized, have strong analytical skills and be a team player.

As Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a team of employees across all departments. You will need to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards. You must also provide feedback on performance improvement areas for your team members as well as monitor their progress regularly. You will also need to develop procedures to ensure that job requirements are met accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you may be asked to provide training for new staff members when necessary.
