Office Manager Vacancy - Al-Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth running of all its activities. The Office Manager will need to have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and coordinate all administrative activities, including but not limited to staff scheduling, filing systems, stationery orders and office equipment maintenance
β’ Oversee reception duties, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries
β’ Organize and maintain files, records and other documents
β’ Monitor office supplies inventory levels and place orders when necessary
β’ Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
β’ Coordinate with IT services providers for any repairs or technical issues
β’ Develop procedures to improve customer service standards β’ Maintain a safe and secure working environment
β’ Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field required
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role required
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
β’ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
