Office Manager Vacancy - Al-Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth running of all its activities. The Office Manager will need to have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all administrative activities, including but not limited to staff scheduling, filing systems, stationery orders and office equipment maintenance
• Oversee reception duties, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries
• Organize and maintain files, records and other documents
• Monitor office supplies inventory levels and place orders when necessary
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Coordinate with IT services providers for any repairs or technical issues
• Develop procedures to improve customer service standards • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
