Secretary job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced secretary to join our Al-Kuwait team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and its employees.
The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have a professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone calls in a professional manner
• Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and welcoming manner
• Manage office supplies
• Maintain filing systems
• Prepare documents, emails, letters, and other correspondence
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Perform data entry tasks
• Manage calendars for staff members
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as a secretary or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Arabic (preferred)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
