We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and directing the work of a team of employees within the company.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience leading a team in a similar or related field. A degree in management, business administration or similar is highly desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others are necessary for this role. The ability to analyze reports, identify problems and develop solutions quickly and effectively is also important.
