Job Description:
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our logistics department, including scheduling shipments, arranging transport services, and monitoring the progress of orders. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining records and ensuring that all orders are accurately delivered on time. Additionally, the coordinator should have excellent communication skills to ensure that customers’ needs are met in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel) and related software programs
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly
