Office Manager Job in Al-Kuwait
We are looking for a talented Office Manager to join our Al-Kuwait team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative, operational, and logistical functions of the office. This role offers a competitive salary of 1400 KD per month and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the position.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in office management or a related field. They must also possess excellent organizational skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in office management or a related field
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) beneficial
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments; preparing documents; ordering supplies; maintaining records; handling mail; etc.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the organization
• Developing efficient filing systems for easy access to information
• Assisting other staff with data entry and other administrative tasks when needed
• Providing assistance with general inquiries from customers or clients
