Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Al-Kuwait, with excellent knowledge of the market and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience and be willing to take on a leadership role with a salary of 1400. We are open to considering foreign candidates.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and monitor effective sales strategies that drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, research customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead the sales team in order to achieve and exceed the assigned targets
• Build relationships with key customers in order to understand their needs better and create value for them
• Train, mentor and motivate team members to ensure they reach their full potential
• Set goals for individual performance along with regular performance reviews
• Prepare reports on sales activities and analyze data to make changes that will optimize sales efforts
• Follow up on customer inquiries, concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management or related position
• Proficient understanding of customer service principles along with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving targets set by management
• Ability to lead a team effectively
• Strong knowledge of relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
