Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring office procedures run smoothly, and managing communication with external partners.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a good foundation in office administration and management. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries, and forwarding messages as required
• Take accurate minutes of meetings, transcribe them into written form, and distribute them accordingly
• Create letters, memos, reports and other documents using word processing software
• Ensure all office supplies are stocked and up-to-date
• Maintain filing systems
• Prepare presentations for internal meetings as required
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar of the team
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities such as reconciling invoices
• Manage database of contacts to build relationships with partners
• Assist in organizing events such as conferences or workshops.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask efficiently with attention to detail • Ability to establish priorities effectively; work independently without supervision • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to learn new technologies quickly • Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus • Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles is desirable • Previous experience working in an administrative role is desired
Salary: 1700 Kuwaiti Dinar
