Secretary job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced and professional Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a great sense of initiative and be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. The responsibilities of the Secretary include but are not limited to: providing administrative support to management, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining filing systems, preparing correspondence and reports, taking minutes of meetings, transcribing dictation from various sources, performing data entry tasks, organizing travel arrangements for staff members and managing the office calendar.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or GED; at least two years of experience working as a secretary or in an administrative role; strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; the ability to multi-task; excellent writing and communications skills; excellent organizational skills; a pleasant demeanor and good customer service skills. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
