Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process on our project sites, from start to finish. They will oversee the coordination of personnel and materials to ensure that construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation of all construction projects in Al-Kuwait
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed at all times
• Monitor quality control procedures to ensure excellent craftsmanship
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other staff as needed
• Develop plans for efficient use of materials and personnel resources
• Ensure project deadlines are met
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other related professionals during construction process
• Provide regular progress reports on project status

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
• Extensive experience in managing large scale construction projects
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Knowledge of construction management software such as Procore is an advantage • Ability to read blueprints & architectural drawings • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Leadership & managerial skills
