Office Manager (1100 KWD/month)
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in Al-Kuwait as an Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, handling telephone calls, organizing documents and records, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure adequate supplies and materials necessary for daily operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures
• Support other departments in completing their tasks
• Monitor staff performance to ensure deadlines are met efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of all office expenses and budgeting activities
• Create presentations and reports when necessary
• Liaise with external clients when needed
• Act as the point of contact between staff members and upper management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a corporate environment
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
