We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our construction projects, with a salary of 1300. We are open to hiring someone with no experience, as well as immigrants.

The job description of the Construction Manager includes overseeing all aspects of the planning, design, and construction activities associated with our projects. This includes supervising crews, liaising with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and managing timeframes and budgets. The Construction Manager will also be expected to review plans, track progress on each project, provide expertise in resolving any technical issues that arise during construction, and ensure that all deliverables are met on time and on budget.
To qualify for this role you must have strong communication skills & organizational skills; a working knowledge of relevant codes & standards; experience managing multiple projects; knowledge of building materials & techniques; the ability to read blueprints & plans; good problem-solving skills; an understanding of budgeting & cost management; and a commitment to safety regulations & quality control practices.
The duties of the Construction Manager include developing project plans based on client specifications; preparing cost estimates for construction projects; coordinating suppliers & subcontractors during the project’s duration; monitoring progress against milestones & budgets; ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the build process; resolving any technical problems that arise during construction; maintaining effective communication between all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle; documenting changes in design or scope related to the project’s completion date or cost estimate changes; creating reports outlining progress & budget status on each project at regular intervals; providing guidance & support to other members of the team throughout each project’s duration.
