Office manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating with staff and external vendors, and communicating with clients.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary, although it would be an advantage. A good command of English is also required, as this position involves frequent interaction with clients over email and telephone.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our team and will be expected to use their initiative to ensure the efficient running of the office environment. Daily duties include filing paperwork, ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings and events, maintaining records, handling customer queries or complaints, providing support to staff members, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
