Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operational tasks in our Al-Kuwait office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical services, managing office supplies, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. This position offers a salary of 1700KWD with the possibility of consideration for foreign applicants.
Job Duties:
• Coordinate administrative activities such as filing, answering phones, maintaining records, and preparing reports
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Support communication between departments by delivering messages and distributing mail
• Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing events, and making travel arrangements
• Receive visitors or clients in a professional manner
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expenses tracking and data entry
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
