Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1700. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and profit margins
• Monitor sales performance data to identify areas of improvement
• Train, coach, motivate, and evaluate the performance of sales staff
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Supervise customer service activities to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with key clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle inquiries from customers regarding product details or other information
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in sales management or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals consistently
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
