We are looking for a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait with a starting salary of 1100. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in secretarial work. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.
The right candidate should be able to provide administrative support by effectively organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures, and resources. We expect the candidate to be able to manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, which includes answering emails, making phone calls, responding to inquiries, and other tasks as needed. The successful applicant should also have excellent organizational skills and an ability to multitask. They should have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to take initiative while working independently or in a team environment. Moreover, we expect the candidate to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
