We are looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious desserts and be capable of following the instructions of the Head Chef.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Experience working in international and multicultural environments is a plus but not required.

The responsibilities of the Pastry Chef include creating, developing, and testing recipes for pastries, cakes, mousses, and other desserts; ensuring food quality; managing the pastry kitchen operations; training junior staff; adhering to food safety regulations; and meeting company standards for quality assurance. We are looking for someone who is familiar with modern baking techniques and has excellent knife skills.

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Pastry Chef
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knife skills
• Attention to detail when preparing desserts
• Knowledge of modern baking techniques and recipes
• Understanding of food hygiene regulations
• Team-oriented attitude
