The Al-Kuwait company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for the human resources within our organization, focusing on employee development and retention, recruitment and training, payroll processing and other HR-related activities.
The primary responsibility of the HR Manager is to ensure that the company hires and retains the best talent available in order to reach our business objectives. This includes screening resumes, interviewing candidates, onboarding employees, managing employee relations issues, developing policies and procedures for personnel management, providing guidance on employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws as well as other relevant tasks related to personnel management.
The successful candidate should possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail along with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. In addition to a solid understanding of all aspects of human resources management including staffing processes, performance reviews/appraisals and benefits administration. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required; however at least two years of experience in a similar role would be beneficial. The ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks while working independently with minimal supervision is essential for this role.
