Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Room Attendant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
The Room Attendant will be responsible for providing a high level of professional housekeeping services to guests, which includes but is not limited to:
• Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated guestrooms according to standard operating procedures;
• Replacing linen, towels, amenities, and supplies;
• Following up on special requests from guests;
• Reporting any maintenance issues found during cleaning rounds;
• Ensuring all public areas are clean and tidy;
• Vacuuming carpets and dusting furniture as needed; and
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills Required
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:
• At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry;
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness with attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language; • Good organizational and time management skills; • Work well with minimal supervision. • Knowledge of safety regulations. • Physically fit to lift heavy items when necessary.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills • Previous experience working in a similar role in Kuwait or another Middle East country would be beneficial but is not essential. • Any additional language skills such as Arabic would also be considered an asset.
