We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have the ability to manage a team of sales personnel, and have an understanding of the competitive market.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of successful sales management
• 5-10 years of experience in sales management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
