Job Title: Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have excellent organizational skills. A good command of English is essential for this role.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and managing the office calendar
• Assisting with travel arrangements (flight/hotel bookings) and preparing travel itineraries
• Preparing reports, documents, presentations, and other materials as needed
• Managing office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies when necessary
• Greeting visitors upon arrival and providing support during their stay
• Maintaining confidential records and filing documents appropriately
• Assisting with any other administrative tasks as needed
• Providing visa sponsorship to eligible employees when necessary.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working as an Office Assistant in a similar role. We are open to applications from all nationalities; however, preference may be given to candidates from India due to the nature of the position.
