Construction Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are a construction company based in Al-Kuwait and we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must have experience in the construction industry, be able to manage projects from start to finish, and possess excellent management and communication skills. This position offers a salary of 1500 and is open to considering immigrants.

The main responsibility of the Construction Manager is to coordinate and supervise construction project activities from beginning to end, including the preparation of plans, budgets, and specifications; the selection of contractors; making sure that construction is being carried out as per plans; ensuring safety standards are met; managing cost control systems; tracking progress of each stage of the project; liaising with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant personnel; resolving disputes or technical issues that may arise during the course of projects; ensuring timely completion of projects within budget limits; delivering project reports on a regular basis.

The successful candidate should also have a thorough understanding of building regulations, health and safety protocols, quality control systems, as well as knowledge in the use of industry software such as CAD. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills both face-to-face and via electronic media.
