Job Summary:
We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye exams, vision tests, and diagnosing and treating eye diseases. You will work with all types of patients including adults and children and have the opportunity to provide a high level of care to people in need. You will need to be able to think quickly on your feet and possess strong communication skills in order to effectively diagnose patient needs. Responsibilities:
As an Optometrist at our clinic in Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye exams on patients that include vision tests, refraction examinations, ocular motility tests, color vision assessment, tonometry readings (measuring intraocular pressure), cataract assessments, glaucoma assessments, retinal imaging tests, slit lamp examinations etc. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and treating eye diseases such as glaucoma or cataracts as well as prescribing corrective lenses or contact lenses based on the results of the examinations. Additionally you may also be required to provide patient education about eye health and care as well as help manage any complications related to the eyes or vision problems.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a qualified Optometrist with a degree from an accredited optometry school/program. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in a similar role although we are willing to consider someone without experience if they demonstrate exceptional aptitude in the field. Additionally it is important that you possess strong communication skills so that you can effectively diagnose patient needs as well as excellent bedside manner when dealing with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
