Office manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a good eye for detail. We are willing to consider immigrants with minimal work experience, so long as they have a good understanding of basic office management principles.
Responsibilities include:
β’ Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing administrative staff and delegating tasks
β’ Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and maintain supplies
β’ Organize meetings, travel arrangements, filing systems, and other administrative tasks
β’ Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
β’ Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of office operations
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
β’ Previous experience managing an office environment preferred but not required
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
