Office manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a good eye for detail. We are willing to consider immigrants with minimal work experience, so long as they have a good understanding of basic office management principles.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing administrative staff and delegating tasks
• Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and maintain supplies
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements, filing systems, and other administrative tasks
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of office operations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience managing an office environment preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
