Job Description:
The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, payroll management, and compliance with labor regulations. The successful candidate will be a highly organized professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.

The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to quickly analyze problems, develop creative solutions and lead others in implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new employees; ensure compliance with all local laws regarding recruitment and employment practices.
• Develop and implement personnel policies; monitor staff performance standards; prepare reports on personnel activity as required.
• Manage payroll processing and employee benefits programs; ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Develop training programs; provide guidance to staff on internal policies and procedures.
• Administer disciplinary actions as required; investigate grievances or complaints from staff members; resolve issues as needed.
• Oversee employee health & safety initiatives in line with company guidelines; provide support in developing safety protocols.
• Monitor staff attendance records; ensure proper documentation of leave requests or absences from work.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
• Minimum two years’ experience working in an HR environment is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role if they have the necessary credentials for the position listed above.
• Knowledge of local labor laws & regulations is essential; knowledge of international labor laws would be an added advantage.
• Professional certification (PHR/SPHR) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English) are necessary for success in this role as well as a strong commitment to customer service excellence & staff development objectives.
