Job Duties:
As a Recruiter at Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the organization. You will also develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our team. Your duties will include screening resumes, conducting interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing offer letters and contracts, negotiating salaries and benefits packages with candidates. Additionally, you will manage applicant tracking systems and maintain records of all recruitment activities.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred but not required; however we are open to consider foreign education equivalent qualifications as well as experience in lieu of a degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates in meaningful conversation about their skillsets
• Knowledge of industry practices regarding recruitment processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel

Experience:
We are ready to consider applicants who do not have any prior work experience; however preference may be given to those who have prior experience working as a recruiter or in a similar role.
