We are looking to hire an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in office management and administrative support, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing employees, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating all office activities and operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Managing employees, including recruitment, training, scheduling shifts, resolving conflicts, and assessing performance
• Supervising the work of clerical staff and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Developing systems to manage office procedures
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
• Handling correspondence with clients, vendors, and other organizations
• Preparing reports as necessary
• Participating in decision making process with upper management
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in business or related field. They must have at least 3 years of experience in office management. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1300 per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply.
