Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
β’ Providing administrative support to the office staff by handling daily clerical tasks such as filing documents, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries
β’ Maintaining an up-to-date database of customer information
β’ Scheduling and organizing meetings and ensuring that conference rooms are properly set up
β’ Updating records of office supplies and ordering new materials when needed
β’ Greeting visitors to the office and directing them to the appropriate personnel
β’ Assisting with special projects as assigned by management
β’ Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; prior office experience preferred but not required
β’ Proficiency in English and Malayalam is required; additional languages are an asset.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
β’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Knowledge of office management systems is beneficial.
