Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing administrative support to the office staff by handling daily clerical tasks such as filing documents, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries
• Maintaining an up-to-date database of customer information
• Scheduling and organizing meetings and ensuring that conference rooms are properly set up
• Updating records of office supplies and ordering new materials when needed
• Greeting visitors to the office and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Assisting with special projects as assigned by management
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior office experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam is required; additional languages are an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of office management systems is beneficial.
