Job Description:
Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1500 and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or related role
• Proven track record of success in managing teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the team
• Monitor performance of employees and provide feedback where necessary
• Set objectives for staff members and evaluate performance regularly
• Ensure adherence to all relevant company policies and procedures
• Oversee recruitment process including interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees
• Provide clear direction on tasks assigned to team members
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
