Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to the organization. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800 KWD per month and is open to candidates with no experience.
Requirements for Candidate
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment
• Must be able to work in Al-Kuwait (we are ready to consider an immigrant)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the office including but not limited to filing systems, ordering supplies, organizing meetings/events, etc.
• Provide administrative support including creating documents such as letters, memos, reports etc., processing forms, maintaining records/databases etc.
• Communicate with other departments within the organization regarding deadlines/requests for information
• Manage all incoming calls/correspondence (email/telephone) ensuring prompt response
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
• Deal with queries from staff members, customers or visitors professionally
