Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to the organization. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800 KWD per month and is open to candidates with no experience.
Requirements for Candidate
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills
β’ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
β’ Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
β’ Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment
β’ Must be able to work in Al-Kuwait (we are ready to consider an immigrant)
Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee daily operations of the office including but not limited to filing systems, ordering supplies, organizing meetings/events, etc.
β’ Provide administrative support including creating documents such as letters, memos, reports etc., processing forms, maintaining records/databases etc.
β’ Communicate with other departments within the organization regarding deadlines/requests for information
β’ Manage all incoming calls/correspondence (email/telephone) ensuring prompt response
β’ Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
β’ Deal with queries from staff members, customers or visitors professionally
