Office Manager
We are looking for an organized and driven Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and providing support to staff members. The Office Manager should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. We are offering a salary of 1300 and are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
•Maintain office supplies and equipment
•Organize office operations and procedures
•Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
•Manage filing systems and databases
•Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
•Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle other queries from staff or external contacts
•Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
•Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as entering data into accounting software programs
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
•Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software programs
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
