Job Summary
Administrative Assistant needed for a fast-growing business in Al-Kuwait. This role will involve providing administrative and clerical support to the office team. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
• Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of client information
• Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by senior staff
• Prepare reports as directed by senior staff
• Assist with filing documents in an orderly manner
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies to ensure that they are adequately stocked
• Perform other duties as required by senior staff
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred but not required
