Job Summary
Administrative Assistant needed for a fast-growing business in Al-Kuwait. This role will involve providing administrative and clerical support to the office team. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
ā¢ Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of client information
ā¢ Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by senior staff
ā¢ Prepare reports as directed by senior staff
ā¢ Assist with filing documents in an orderly manner
ā¢ Monitor inventory levels of office supplies to ensure that they are adequately stocked
ā¢ Perform other duties as required by senior staff
Qualifications and Requirements
ā¢ Bachelorās degree or equivalent experience in an administrative role
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
ā¢ Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
ā¢ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
ā¢ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
ā¢ Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred but not required
