Job Title: Office Assistant - Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide administrative support to the office staff.
The successful candidate must be well organized and able to multitask, with excellent communication skills. They must have the ability to prioritize tasks, be self-motivated and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails and providing general administrative support;
• Reception duties such as welcoming guests and handling incoming mail;
• Maintaining records of office equipment, supplies, employees’ attendance, etc.;
• Assisting with daily office operations including scheduling appointments;
• Handling travel arrangements for staff members;
• Managing filing systems;
• Coordinating events and meetings;
• Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Prior experience as an office assistant is preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized under pressure; • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Flexibility in working hours is a plus. • Visa sponsorship available for all nationalities (preference for Indians).
