Job Title: Office Assistant - English-Speaking, Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, excellent organizational skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Director and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team. Duties will include organizing files, preparing documents and reports, answering telephones, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentations and other materials as needed.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment or related field. Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate their ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates must also possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor. A university degree is preferred but not required.
