Recruiter Needed for Al-Kuwait

Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for success.

Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates using various methods such as job boards, networking, referrals, and social media
• Review job descriptions to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
• Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidates through the entire recruitment process
• Assist in the onboarding process by communicating with new hires and providing necessary information
• Develop relationships with universities, colleges, and other recruitment sources
• Develop talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Create effective job postings that attract highly qualified applicants
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Knowledge of various recruiting methods (e.g., cold calling)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure

Salary: 1700 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
