Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving customer service excellence. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the sales team is meeting its targets, monitoring the performance of the team, and providing guidance and support where needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of success in sales management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different teams
• Flexibility to travel as needed
• Fluency in English language is required; fluency in Arabic is an advantage
• We are ready to consider an immigrant
• Salary: 1500 KWD
