We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, energetic and detail-oriented, with good communication skills and a working knowledge of office management.
The successful candidate should have the ability to multi-task, handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to prioritize tasks based upon urgency, efficiently manage their time and be able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing office supplies; preparing correspondence; drafting documents; scheduling meetings; acting as the main point of contact for all staff inquiries; responding to emails; coordinating travel arrangements; overseeing administrative staff activities; creating filing systems; running errands as needed.
Skills/Qualifications required: strong organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (or other language, if applicable); proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); attention to detail; problem solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
This position offers an attractive salary of 1600 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for the position.
