HR Manager
Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and compensation management, performance management, training and development and other related functions.
Salary: 1400 USD/month

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with local legislation
• Coordinating recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates and extending offers of employment
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws regarding employee relations issues such as discipline, grievances, complaints etc.
• Managing employee records in accordance with relevant laws
• Designing a comprehensive benefits package that meets the needs of the organization’s employees
• Evaluating training programs to ensure they are in-line with organizational goals
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of labor law and regulations
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations • Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly • Immigrant status accepted
