Are you looking for a highly motivated HR Manager to help drive our Al-Kuwait team forward? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who can bring their expertise and knowledge to our organization. Our ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in the field, is passionate about people management, and is open to working in a multicultural environment.

As a HR Manager at Al-Kuwait you will be responsible for developing the human capital of our organization. You will be an integral part of our team as you ensure that we attract, retain, motivate and develop our employees. You will also be responsible for recruiting new talent in line with our organizational goals. Our package includes an attractive salary of 1600.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of labor laws. You should have the ability to quickly build relationships with employees at different levels. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you already possess knowledge of local labor laws and regulations as well as experience using various HR systems (e.g., payroll).

We are looking for a qualified individual who meets the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of experience in an HR role
• Knowledge of local labor laws
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
