Job Summary
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will require the successful candidate to interact with customers, prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages, and carry out general cleaning duties. The successful candidate must be friendly, reliable and have strong communication skills.

Requirements for the Candidate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of coffee and tea making techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in shifts
• Flexibility to adjust to changing demands
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to take directions from supervisors
• A high school degree or equivalent is required for this position
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to consider candidates with no experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Kuwait and able to provide proof of eligibility upon request
