Office Assistant - Malayalee Preferred - Part Time - Own Visa - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. We prefer a Malayalee candidate, and no English language skills are required for this position. This is a part-time position suitable for those who have their own visa.
As an Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Answering phones and handling inquiries from clients and visitors
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Sorting mail, filing documents, and organizing data
• Preparing and distributing correspondence such as memos, letters, reports and other documents
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as making photocopies and ordering supplies
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
