Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and highly motivated Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position pays a salary of 1500 kwd and is open to immigrants. The ideal candidate should have some experience in administrative support, but we are also willing to consider entry-level applicants.

Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of organization, multitasking and time management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

- Provide administrative support to the office manager and other staff members
- Maintain filing systems and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Answer phones calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangements etc.
- Prepare documents such as letters, memos, reports etc. - Perform data entry tasks as required
