Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring excellent communication between the office and our clients.
Job Duties:
• Maintain calendars and schedules for the office staff
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
• Organize meetings, conferences, and other events
• Manage daily tasks such as filing, preparing documents, maintaining records, etc.
• Handle travel arrangements for staff members
• Provide support to the team when needed
• Ensure all office supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Salary: 1100 USD per month (negotiable).
