We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the office and ensuring they are running smoothly.

The job duties of the Office Manager include, but are not limited to, overseeing day-to-day operations such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments; managing office supplies; performing clerical tasks; managing office accounts; handling customer inquiries; maintaining a safe and clean work environment; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; supervising staff members; and training new team members.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience as an Office Manager or in a related field. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, problem-solving skills as well as good knowledge of administrative procedures. In addition, they should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have strong interpersonal skills.
